MyTennis.School covers the whole workflow of a tennis school season: publish programmes, collect sign-ups with preferred times, form groups with suggestions, plan lessons as a series, record attendance on court and send invoices to all parents. School management, coaches, players and parents have their own logins and see their schedule in the browser, without an app.

How a season works
- Publish programmes: season coaching for each audience with age, level, days and price, all on one sign-up page.
- Collect sign-ups: parents sign up their children by link and say when they are free.
- Form groups: the weekly planner shows when the selected children are free and whether level, age and time fit together.
- Lessons as a series: all lessons of the season are created week by week, holidays stay free.
- Invoice: season invoices for everyone at once, by email and in the parents' profile.

Invoices and bookkeeping
Bulk invoicing creates the invoices for a whole season at once: in Switzerland as a QR-bill, in Germany and Austria with SEPA and GiroCode. You remind open items with one click or automatically. For your accountant there is an export as CSV and a PDF archive.

No. MyTennis.School runs in the browser on smartphone, tablet and computer. From 2027 there is an optional app of your own with your name and logo.
Yes. One parent account manages several children, with sign-ups, training schedule and invoices.
Yes. You select children, and the calendar shows when all of them are free and whether level, age and time fit together. You make the decision.
Yes. For independent coaches, self sign-up by link, a public programme page and private lessons are often enough. You put the scope together in the configurator.
From the first call to go-live usually takes two to four weeks. Data migration and training for your team are included depending on plan. We clarify the cost in the intro call. In the long run, switching saves you time and therefore money. For the 2027 summer season we recommend starting by January.
